Swan Software Solutions was founded in 2005 by Alex Morozov. Alex wanted to connect American clients in his new homeland with developers in his native Ukraine.
Inspired by the timeless fable of something small growing into something beautiful and strong, Alex and his wife, Alla, named the new company Swan Software Solutions. Like the fabled ugly duckling, Swan Software Solutions has morphed into a strong company and maintained an upward trajectory since its opening.
Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, Swan has expanded and
opened offices across Eastern Europe. Swan’s service of providing high-quality programming at a fraction of the cost of hiring American developers has enabled them to work with hundreds of clients. Many clients have hired Swan for multiple projects or maintained an ongoing technology partner relationship.

Alex has over 30 years of IT experience, and since 2005, has been the President and CEO of Swan Software Solutions, Inc.
Prior to founding Swan, Alex served as a Director of IT as well as Chief Technology Officer in a few major Midwest
financial and software corporations.
Alex has earned three Masters Degrees with Magna Cum Laude in Project Management, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering.

Alla is a co-founder of the company and represents Swan at many local events.
Alla is a skilled interpreter for the English, Russian, and Ukrainian languages. She leverages her music background, interests in the arts, and business experience to promote talent.
Alla has earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Alla also holds a certification in Project Management.

Shannon is an experienced Operations Executive, serving in the information technology and services industry since 2014.
Prior to working with Swan, Shannon worked with nonprofits for 19 years, fulfilling roles in operations, finance,
communication and project management.

As founder of Sila Capital, a diversified holding company, Felix has invested in numerous real estate projects including distressed property stabilization, commercial redevelopment, and new construction.
Prior to entering real estate, Felix spent 15 years in distressed assets, acquisitions, and liquidation.
Felix earned his Accounting degree from Indiana University School of Business.

Good developers are not afraid to experiment and try new ideas, guided by the principle of “why not?” They always look for better and more efficient ways of solving problems and creating products.
