Sometimes hope is all we have to keep us going. Hope that things will get better. Hope that success will come. Hope that everything will be okay.
Perhaps nowhere is this truer than in sports.
Anyone who has ever skied for the first time has probably experienced that legs-feel-like-painful-jelly moment after the run ends. But the next time one straps on their skis, they’re a bit stronger and can go a bit faster.
Until one day, they’re competing in a competition and winning first place!
Like Swan’s Admin Director, Radim, who recently skied his way to victory.
Skiing
When Radim isn’t skiing, you might find him on his bike. He states, “I ride my bike almost every day.” He also shares that biking is his favorite sport.
So it should come as no surprise that his biking skills have also led him to victory.
Biking
While Radim’s sporting skills often lead him to the top of a podium, he also uses these skills to lead a team of Swan developers. His favorite thing about Swan is that the company is like a big family.
“My main responsibility is to make my office happy,” Radim stated when asked to describe his job.
He even combined his love of sports and his team when he led some of them on a hike–carrying a Swan flag along with them!
Hiking
No matter how dark things may sometimes seem, hope remains. Our Swan team will continue to work, live, play–and hope for peace.
