Swan’s Team at the Carmel Glühwein Gallop

Swan Software Solutions sponsored the Carmel Glühwein Gallop for the first time this year. As sponsors, we were provided multiple entries to participate in the race.

Choosing the team was easy.

Alex Morozov, the Founder and CEO of Swan, has athletic kids and a future son-in-law who competed in the Olympic trials.

Ben Veatch, the overall winner of the race, is that future son-in-law. He raced to victory in 16:20 and set a new course record. His fiancée, Stacey Morozov, came second in her division. Stacy’s brother, Andrew Morozov, came first in his division.

The rest of the Swan team consisted of friends, a long-term client, and Swan team members. Many of them also accomplished impressive times.

The race took place in Carmel on December 14th and had a great turnout in spite of the bitter cold. Most of the Swan team were serious competitors, so they opted out of the whacky costumes many participants had fun putting together. They did gather to pose with their blue hats festooned with Swan pins after the serious part of competing was over.

With prizes awarded, the Swan team headed to get warm.

Alex commented, “We feel proud to sponsor this event and have a such great team of athletes representing Swan. With such a great start, Swan is planning to continue sponsoring Christkindlmarket in the years to come.”
