Some of her responsibilities include hiring candidates, creation of employment documentation, researching moving variables within the labor market and so on.

Her favorite aspect about working for Swan is the friendly team and enjoyable working environment. Natalia’s proudest accomplishment is that she finished postgraduate last year with a Candidate Degree in Economics (PhD). When Natalia is not working, she is usually spending time with her family. She enjoys reading books, rollerblading, watching figure skating, and yoga class. She also enjoys growing flowers. Natalia has more than thirty pots of flowers at her home. Natalia’s favorite vacation is always a trip to the sea because she likes to swim and watch the sea inhabitants. Natalia is currently looking for opportunities to support families who have children with cancer.
