Meet Anton, a Project Manager at Swan

At Swan Software Solutions, our project managers collaborate between both our client and their project development team. They are diligent and organized in keeping the project team on track. They convey with each other to ensure everything is progressing as it should. Anton, one of our project managers within our Poltava office, has demonstrated exceptional communication for Swan for three years.

Main responsibilities at Swan

Anton is responsible for ensuring our client’s expectations are being met by our development team. He also plans and defines project scope, risk management, resource planning, and cost estimation.

Background

In 2004, Anton studied in the U.S. as an exchange student. He enjoyed the experience of learning about a new culture and its traditions. Witnessing American life allowed him to speak English daily, which helped advance his communication skills significantly. 

Several years later, after Anton graduated from college, he traveled to over 40 different countries where he got to experience more cultures.

Anton is highly skilled in professional communications; as a result, he keeps our client’s projects on track.

Future goals

Now that Anton has a wife, a daughter, and a promising career, he often looks down the road into the future. He hopes to advance his current career, and possibly start his own small business one day.
