Ukrainian Strong: A Message from Swan Team Member Tania

Many of our Swan team members in Ukraine are not just coworkers anymore. They are heroes. When faced with the call to defend their country and freedom, they have chosen to put their lives on the line. Our US Swan office is doing all we can to support them, and today we share the words of one of our HR Managers, Tania. (Please scroll down to read the message in Ukrainian)

A Message from Tania

Day 7 … in these few days that have been going on forever, our country has become one big and strong monolith fighting against the Russian occupier. The Russian-Ukrainian war has shown us that the Ukrainians are a strong nation, that only unity will help us defeat our enemies.

Today, everyone is trying to help. Defenders are defending our borders. Volunteers are helping everyone who needs it. The IT front is protecting our information environment and fighting Russian propaganda. Ordinary people are organizing and doing their best to contribute to this struggle.

Our company Swan Software Solutions also contributes. For its part:

1. We cooperate with volunteer organizations and provide both material and financial aid.
2. We support our employees and their families who have been forced to leave their homes. We keep the workplace for those who made an important decision – to protect our Motherland.
3. Our security department helps protect Ukrainians from cyber threats.
4. Our leaders in the United States are actively expressing their position and have repeatedly appealed to the state authorities to draw additional attention to the events taking place in Ukraine.

We would like to thank all our defenders, volunteers, doctors and everyone, everyone, everyone who is now joining in order to defend Ukraine. We pray for Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine! ????????

Tania’s Message in Ukrainian

7-й день…за ці декілька днів, які вже тривають вічність, наша країна стала одним великим і міцним монолітом, який бореться проти російського окупанта. Російсько-українська війна показала нам, що українці – це сильна нація, що тільки єдність допоможе разом побороти ворогів. Сьогодні кожна людина намагається чимось допомогти: захисники боронять наші кордони, волонтери доправляють допомогу всім, хто цього потребує, IT-фронт захищає наше інформаційне середовище та бореться з російською пропагандою, звичайні люди організовуються та роблять все, щоб вкласти частинку себе у цю боротьбу.

Наша компанія Swan Software Solutions теж вносить свій вклад. Зі своєї сторони:

1. Ми співпрацюємо з волонтерськими організаціями та забезпечуємо як матеріальну, так і фінансову допомогу.
2. Підтримуємо наших працівників та їх сім’ї, які були змушені покинути свою рідну домівку. Зберігаємо робоче місце для тих, хто прийняв важливе рішення – захищати нашу Неньку.
3. Наш відділ безпеки допомагає захищати Україну від кібер-загроз
4. Наші лідери в США активно висловлюють свою позицію та неодноразово звертаються до влади штату, щоб привернути додаткову увагу до подій, які відбуваю в Україні.

Ми безмежно дякуємо всім нашим захисникам, волонтерам, лікарям та всім, всім, всім, хто зараз долучається до захисту України. Все буде Україна. Слава Україні! ????????
