Creating a successful project involves a combination of effective planning, execution, and management. Implementing these strategies with attention to detail and a focus on collaboration can significantly improve the chances of a project’s success.

So, as described in the Scrum guide, there are three main pillars to make a project successful. Transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Transparency means that the work must be visible to those performing the work, as well as those receiving the work.
- Inspection means you have to control situations and try to avoid misunderstandings in the team by setting up meetings like daily Scrum retrospective, planning, and so on.
- Adaptation means if any aspects of process deviate outside of project limits, the process has to, must be, adjusted.
Also, we have five main values to make these strategies successful. Commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage. Combine all of them, you can make the project successful.

For me, smart strategies for a successful project are, first of all, clear goals. You need to define the goals of the project.
Next step is planning. You need to draw up a detailed plan for the entire project.
Third point is probably communication. Team communication is the most important thing.
Next is the team itself, which consists of professionals.
And, of course, quality control — that is, testing at all stages of the project
And, finally, it’s analysis of the project results.

So a couple thoughts about successful project strategies.
First of all, don’t think you know the final result for your project. The final result is always different from the initial requirements. The longer of a project you have, the more difference there will be. Sometimes, the final result is very unexpected, so be flexible. Do your project step-by-step, adapting to whatever environment.
The second thing is try to finish your current step before starting the next. Don’t try to do everything at once. Remember not started tasks are often better than unfinished. Always try to finish the task once started.
The next thing is make it simple when you can. For instance, don’t put Bluetooth devices in your spoon or use quantum technologies for your toilet paper. Simple things are stable and easy to apply and support, so you can better focus on your goals instead of supporting complicated things.
The next one. You will never have enough time or enough resources to do everything you want, so accurate priorities are important. Maybe this is the most important part of the project.
The next thing: Don’t forget that you probably can’t reach your goals with inexperienced people only. However, experts only on your team can also bring problems. So keep a balance with the people and resources for your project.
And, last but not least, don’t be afraid to take some risks in the project. If you do nothing, then it will be nothing.
