Swan’s commitment has always been to create reliable, scalable, and affordable solutions for our clients. With the steep rise of cyberthreats and myriad kinds of cyberattacks now wreaking havoc, Swan’s CEO, Alex Morozov, made the decision to mandate CISCO training for every team member.
Alex explained, “Cybersecurity is very serious and very important. It’s more important every day. With the market demand and our clients’ needs, I decided to pay for mandatory classes for all Swan team members.”
One of Swan’s Admin Directors is a part of CISCO, so when Swan was looking for the right program to choose for the team, picking CISCO was easy.
“CISCO is highly respected and trusted in the tech community. With one of our own team members connected to CISCO, we selected that program for our team.”
Swan offices hold two one-hour classes a week. The goal is for every team member to have completed the training by late July or early August. With many projects currently in progress by Swan team members, the offices are allowing some flexibility to make sure that everyone can complete the training without compromising their work.
The training will enable team members to increase the inherent cybersecurity of every product created by Swan and lessen liability.
Swan’s development always has included cybersecurity. However, the CISCO training will allow all team members to increase their knowledge and offer greater security benefits to our clients.
Alex said: “This training will put Swan in a different category. It will give peace of mind to our clients. The certification will open new doors of opportunity for Swan to work with more clients. Our goal is for our team to have the tools they need.”
As for the role of AI in cybersecurity and whether it can replace a human cybersecurity specialist?
Alex stated. “Humans will work together with AI to increase cybersecurity. AI is not enough, but it is a powerful tool in the hands of a professional.”
Making sure that Swan has the right tools and training to create the reliable, scalable, and affordable solution for which Swan is known was a big commitment. However, it is one that Alex undertook without a second though. Ultimately, he will do what is necessary to keep Swan’s team strong and help them best serve Swan’s clients.
