Meet one of our Ruby on Rails Engineers

Swan Software Solutions has a diverse team of software engineers who support the development of applications built for our clients. They focus on connecting the user interface with the database so that the application effectively delivers information to the user. To do this, developers use server-side programming languages such as .Net, Java, and Ruby on Rails to develop applications.

Meet Oleksandr

Oleksandr, one of our Software Engineers, focuses on the programming language Ruby on Rails, a cross-platform framework written in Ruby. This language provides software engineers with default structures for databases and web applications.

Oleksandr participates in development teams, providing clients with an application containing solid foundations, and seamless integration between the server and the user side of a project. Interested in computers since childhood, Oleksander graduated with a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering. He worked hard and soon became skilled in developing applications with Ruby on Rails. He has learned how to be resourceful, solving complex problems when working on our client’s projects.

His favorite aspect about working for Swan is that he is given the opportunity to work remotely. Oleksandr has proven himself very responsible in taking ownership of his tasks.

When Oleksandr is not working, he enjoys yoga, traveling, and reading. Considering himself a geek in philosophy, he is an active member of the international volunteer organization, New Acropolis. And in 2017, he participated in the renovation of Pidhirtsi Castle. A medieval complex located near Lviv, Ukraine.

At Swan Software Solutions, we pride ourselves on employing a team that is diverse in their value and expertise. Do you have a software project or idea but don’t know what the next step is?
