As a developer, he focuses on creating projects that will bring success to Swan clients. As an Admin Director, he focuses on developing the office as a regional branch of Swan.

The most important traits of a good software developer are constant learning, strong work ethics, and fullfillment of work on time.

Ihor was interested in working in software development for a long time, which is why he studied programming. His favorite things about working at Swan are the positive team and interesting projects.

Ihor’s life is guided by St. Paul’s definition of love. “Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Ihor enjoys watching billiards, and he has a small dog named Dolya.

However, his proudest accomplishment is having a happy family. His favorite off-work activity is spending time with them.
