Meet Taras: A Developer Who Won an Exciting Competition

Taras had a good reason for choosing his career.

As he puts it, “I have chosen programming as a profession because it is the future. There is no branch of industry where programming would not be used.”

As a front-end developer, he is responsible for coding the front ends of projects. He believes patience, focusing on the problem, and the ability to learn new things are primary traits of a good developer.

Hobbies and Accomplishments

Taras’s proudest accomplishment is connected to his career. He used his knowledge and skills to teach his good friend how to program and more about Information Technology.

His hobbies include programming, reading, and playing board games.

Taras won the IT Eureka competition and studied abroad for some time. Perhaps it is no surprise then that the quote that inspires him is, “Veni, vidi, vici.”

Travel and Volunteering

Taras believes in helping others. He is a blood donor, and he also donates money to the army.

His favorite sports to watch are billiards and poker.

Taras shared two of his favorite places to visit and why. He enjoys visiting The Carpathian Mountains “because of the breathtaking beauty of their landscapes.” Another location that he likes to visit is Sweden which he describes as, “one of the most beautiful countries I have ever visited.”
